The CTS1010 laser imaging machine has a top screen printing technology which integrating the DMD digital imaging from TI company. Our machine will project precise images onto the screen frame and simplify the pre-press process for screen printing. The screen frame from 400x400mm to 1000x1000mm could be applied in this equipment. The screen frame thickness would be customized. The high quality and reliable image reproduction would be ensured by using DMD DLP technology. The crisp details can be ensured with resolution up to 2540dpi. The higher precision can be ensured with auto focus, adjustable exposure and fine control over raster lines.
